What an atrocious dress buying experience!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My little sister chose to buy here, and after 4 fittings, they still could not get it right. Honestly save yourself the time and the frustration, go somewhere else. The customer service was extremely poor, like they didn't even care about the bride buying their dress.

I was SOOOO excited to go to Davids Bridal to find my wedding dress. A few days before we had gone in with my aunt from OUT OF TOWN and she wanted to try on a bridesmaids dress for sizing.. JUST ONE. There wasnt anyone in the store & the consultant told us she couldnt try it on cause they were busy. After we left that night I decided to go to another local Bridal Shop and I found my gown! So I changed my Bridal Appt @ Davids to a Bridal Party for my bridesmaids.. We arrived the day for the appt, the consultant that was assigned to us was not very interactive, you could barely hear anything she said, she was not super friendly, my girls all tried on the dresses and they looked fab. After sitting there telling the stylist ok these look great she just sat there & didnt say another word, We finallly took the appt into our own hands and walked up to place the orders on the dresses. The ONLY reason I proceeded with buying these dresses from Davids & not going to another store was because the dress was beautiful it flattered every girl in it, however the staff @ Davids Bridal were terrible. I will never refer ANY of my friends to Davids. Idaho Falls Davids really needs to get their crap together & realize customer service is KEY!

I was unhappy with my experience with this store. I made an appointment to pick out Bridesmaids dresses. I brought in two of my four bridesmaids to get fitted at the same time. I didn't order them at this time because I wanted to order all four at the same time. When I went to order the dresses, I found out that the consultant failed to write down the size of one of my bridesmaids. They tried to blame me for failing to bring her in. It was an unpleasant experience.

The manager was rude and unhelpful. I had never been treated so poorly in a retail store before. I was shocked.

Fabulous customer service. They offer wedding gowns, prom dresses, bridesmaid dressing, baptism dresses, flower girl dresses, shoes for all, belts, hair accessories, veils, bras, slips, they have it all, AND great customer service. No return policy though, so I only gave them 4 out of 5 stars.

I love the pool blue prom gown and the black jacket to go with it. I love the shoes they were dyed to match the color of my gown. love the hair comb. I love the Jewlery and the black gloves. The employees were Awesome to work with. they asked me which gown worked the best for me. the gown was sized to fit me.
