Felt very pampered... they carry bumble and bumble and Aveda product line. Loved the natural products loved my hair

Paid $158 for a cut and glaze which was overpriced. Scheduled with Amy who did the cut but then had two other people work on my hair, one doing the glaze and the other the brush out. Friends and acquaintances were running in and out so it was very confusing and I pretty much was left out of the loop. Three hours just for the work to be done on my hair. When I asked Amy for more layering, she ran her fingers through my hair and said it was fine, whipped off my apron and that was it. Guess even for $158 my opinion did not count. Shari at Eternite is more dedicated, has just as much talent and was a lot less expensive. She redid my hair for free and it was a lot better cut.

When I got tired of my old salon replacing my stylist with a new stylist every six months, I decided to find a new place that was well established and professional. The Defining Line is owned by Amy Hansen and she is also one of the lead stylists. She is amazing. I am 42 years old and it's only in the last year that I've been going to Defining Line that I have regularly received compliments on my hair cuts and color. The salon is fun, the stylists adore one another and talk about positive things rather than gossiping about those who are not present. They are always involved in some sort of philanthropy and they bring joy to everything they do. I love this place.
