Every time we call DRACO Equipment, the staff has been super helpful. We have purchased many machines and parts from them over the years . They always try to solve our issues and when they can't they send us in the right direction. Glad to have found these guys

Boy, Customer Service is greatly lacking! They need to be more customer friendly. Even a another company I have been dealing with that has contacted them has made negative comments about them.
