The doctors there are wonderful, my dog was hit by a truck and everything they were able to do for him was beyond anything I could imagine. He’s made a ton of progress and the staff was so patient and kind to him during the whole process

Treated our dog for years.When she got cancer, told us to take her home and love her for the time she had, bring her back when it was time.When it was time, gently put her to sleep.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR MIGHT AS WELL PUT THEM TO SLEEP.

Had my mother bring her cat to this inhumane place for 2 weeks while helping me move. The cat was emaciated by the time she picked him up. Within 2 hours he was brought to another clinic which asked "was this our kennel?" They made sure not to place blame even when they said the cat was dehydrated but the our cat was placed on special food and within 1 week gained more than 1 pound.

The condo was placed in a bag and was told that this is what they do for every cat. Well another more truthful employee later said that it was because the "smell" of the condo "bothered" other cats. The cats could be bothered by the fact that they don't get feed and watered enough. The "new" staff and kennel techniques must have been adapted from Auschwitz. And this is factual since I can show the bills that be incurred because of these evil people.

My daughter's class guinea pig became ill. I called the clinic and Dr. Seda promptly called me back. She took time to speak with me and got us in right away for a visit. She was courteous, polite, and had good bedside manner.

I think the reviews I read are interesting. They are all or nothing. I have had 3 dogs I've taken to East Side. The first I took because the vet heard about some medical problems my son had and he offered free services. Even when we later got 2 more dogs, which we now pay for, the treatment has been good and reasonabley priced. They saved my 2 dogs life when struck with parvo and one of them was later hit by a car and they saved her then too. Bed side maners are many times not that great, no matter what doctor you see. I've had good experiences but even if I hadn't the bottom line is they saved my dogs lives and treated them with gental care. We love our pet and care for them can be very emotional. No matter if it's a vet or a doctor for people, we all need to find someone we are comfortable with and gives the care we are looking for. I have refered friends to East Side. I would also add that they have taken me in within a few minutes of arriving.

If you want to go to a place where the vet takes one look at your pet and makes fun of it, and then asks why you got it in the first place...then by all means go here. They were rude, swore in front of us (Direct quote: "Your dog's breathing sounds like sh*t")and made us wait 45 minutes to tell us there was nothing "wrong". They did not offer any help until our dog was visibly ill and threw up in their hallway. Then the vet decided maybe we were right, and got us some antibiotics for her. This was our first, and last visit to this clinic. Good luck!

I have used Eastside for all my animals needs and when I had to have one of my beloved pets put to sleep I had the best and they took very good care of me and let me spend as much time as I needed with my dog, or when my next dog died suddenly without me there, the Dr's where very understanding and kept him there until I was ready to pick him up. I don't thing I could or even would go anywhere else for my animals care and needs.

These vets couldn't care less about their clients. They are all in it for the money. Their boarding and kenneling is pathetic. They lock the animals up all day long only letting them out to go to the bathroom. They're yelled at and treated like dirt. The owners are snobs and think they are better than everybody else, along with a great majority of their employees. I wouldn't advise anyone using their clinic.

Very friendly. Took excellent care of my dog. She was clean and well cared for. Price of kenneling was very reasonable.

Eastside has the best doctors in town they are kind and considert, and tell you the good or bad news the best way possible. I would recommend Eastside 100%. Oh Yeah they also have great prices.
