They were professional, and diagnosed the problem well. But on an after hours service call they took 2 hours show up because the technician was in class -. to be fair they called back and told us there would be a delay. The problem was they have you in a bad situation and take advantage of it. Not only do they charge an extra $80 for the evening service call ( which we expected) but on top of that their repair rates were almost double after hours. So we paid almost $500 to have a kitchen sink drain snaked out, when they finished the technician said it will work for a little while. Wow! If I wanted a repair that came with any warranty of their work it was over $1,000.

Under experienced kids show up to try to fix a problem they can't. Had to call another company. Fortunately other company charged half as much but did a surpurb job.

Overpriced. Under-experienced. What has become of this 'name brand'?

They are NOT good at heater fixers

Ohhhhh My.... I hope your plumbers are more professional than the women who schedules appointments. I made an appointment, however, it was only because the specific service I need is not readily available elsewhere.

I had them work on the plumbing in my house. The technician was very nice, wore a uniform and was clean. He did all the work we asked and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
