You replaced our store in Ucon Id with a Good2go store. We use to have a great selection of drinks. Myself, and several other people have asked, left notes, requests to bring in the drinks that we use to purchase SEVERAL times a week. Everytime we are told that they gave the requests to the manager - - - STILL NO DRINKS. WTF so we have to do in order to get those drinks back?

Not once has any prices on tobaco marked in store been accurate. Sometimes as much as a dollar difference from price marked on shelf. After two years of bringing this to employees and management at the store on 17th in Cody they banned me from coming into their stores. I have no problem in dealing with other forthright venders!! They claim its the tabaco reps. Responsibility, they must think we are born all at night. If your in Cody Wyoming and need tobaco products do your self a favor and just go to smoker friendly. At least there products are marked with accurate pricing!! Most stores add tax to the price then post that price, you know so you aren't caught trying to do the math last second at the register and you don't feel like you've been screwed at the register. Not all states pay tax!!! Montana is a great example. (No sales tax) I understand there has too be taxes but for the love of God do forthright business!! If I owned good 2 go I would be damn glad to hear feedback from customers and adjust my business accordingly. Stop making tourists feel they got screwed in your stores they might not come back, and therefore you are affecting the revenue in Wyoming. If you can't keep your buis. Forthright and controlled your zeous under informed employees it will directly affect your bottom line. The first person that opens a convenience store with legit prices clearly marked on your items (tobaco) you will see a great reduction in your proof t margins. Your manager will tell you I through a pack of cigarettes at the clerk. She is elaborating the facts with malice. That's just the way people are in general here. Look at the video, I through them back on the counter after the prices came up too be a full dollar higher at the register than marked on the shelf. I have hadd enough. Your employees and orgazational structure is out of control. Your stores look good though!!

New Very Clean Convenient Store. Stop by to fuel up & grab some snacks, beverages, or even pizza from Papa Tom's! The clerks are super friendly and it's right on my way to work, perfect stop for coffee in the morning. Highly recommend.
