I paid for services rendered out of my own pocket. The nurse was completely unprofessional, impatient and rude. I have never in my life time had such a person treat the way she did, especially when I am paying for their services out of my own pocket. Looks like she needs to retire if she hates her job and the people she services so much.

Dr. Krantz is an amazing physician who really takes the time to get to know his patients and listen to their needs. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for quality care.P.S. To the other reviewer on this site. I've been a patient of Dr. Krantz for almost 10 years and I've never seen or heard Lorraine be rude or unprofessional to anyone. Likely you thought your personal relationship with one of the doctors entitled you to special treatment. For anyone who happens to read these, the front desk staff at the clinic are all exceptional.

My complaint is solely against the receptionist, Lorraine Rhodes. I am in the medical service industry, so my visit there was business related. I was treated very rudely and the lack of professionalism was astounding. There were clients in the waiting room and heard her. I referred to one of the dr's (who happenes to be a family friend) by first name, she interrupted me and said "its DR. His Last name". I am only writing this because I believe no one should be treated like this. I hope she changes her attitude so that no one else will have to experience this kind of behavior.
