Idahoan Foods provides a full range of dehydrated potatoes. The company uses only 100 percent Idaho Russet Potatoes. All Idahoan facilities are located in Idaho, with its headquarters in Lewisville. The company s products include its Original Mashed Potatoes in sizes that range from two to 34 servings; Flavored Mashed Potatoes that come in six flavors; and au gratin, scalloped and hash browns that comprise Idahoan s Casserole product division. Idahoan also offers Club Packs, products available in bulk. Idahoan Foods began in 1960. With 50 people on the payroll that first year, Idahoan processed and sold more than 5 million pounds of dehydrated potatoes.
