I had the unfortunate opportunity to have to utilize this so called Doctor. You are required to pay everything up front and then he bills insurance and refuses to pay the difference back to you. When you confront him about the problems with billing he refuses to admit that there is a problem with his office staff. When conducting an evaluation, I found that he was not within the guidelines of the American Psychological Association and frequently his Opinion was placed in reports that were contrary to standards in the APA, other professionals and legal requirements. After being victimized by the Doctor, I found several other people that had used his services and were victimized the same way. I also found that complaints have been registered with the State and through the court system due to his improper conduct. It is clear that anyone considering using this Psychologist should steer away from him. If you are required to use him as part of a court order, have your attorney disqualify him. If you fail to do so you will be burdened with his excessive and illegal fees and the report that he provides at the conclusion of his work will contained numerous inaccuracies that he will refuse to change.

Doctor does not have the best interest of the patient or client at heart. Continually made appointments through his office with his office staff, only to have the Doctor cancel them as I was arriving in the parking lot of his office. Continual billing problems where I would pay the entire amount of the visit and his office would then double bill the insurance. In essence he received two payments and then would not refund my payment. The office waits were excessive and the time that you did spend with the Doctor was minimal and he continually had trouble understanding what was being said. I found his bedside manner to be the poorest of anyone that I have used in the medical field.
