I don't recommend Livingston Chiropractic to anyone, as my experience with this business was very negative and upsetting. I was told up-front any x-rays taken would cost $20. That figure was also written on the new patient paperwork. Livingston insisted on 2 x-rays, took a couple of notes, then told me I had to schedule another appointment and charged a whopping $128.00. I've been to good chiropractors and if they take x-rays, they process the films immediately and move directly to the adjustment so I'm not suffering several more days of pain. Livingston did absolutely nothing to help me. I don't have a lot of money, so refuted the charge. Livingston argued with me and threatened to turn the bill over to collections if I didn't pay in full that day. Now, family members have had to loan me the funds necessary to see a different, quality chiropractor (who has been a big help, by the way, and with whom I am MUCH happier). I do not appreciate being ripped off, so would not go back to Livingston Chiropractic again if Mark Livingston were the last chiropractor on earth.
