I was sent to collections by them for a bill I never recieved. I tried to call them to discuss this and figure out what the bill was from that I didn't pay that I never got and they won't return my phone calls. I am also frustrated at them because a month before I got a call from the collection agency I had recieved a bill from them and I called them a paid that one and at that time they never told me of any other outstanding bills I had with them. Do Not use them if you have to and if you do I hope you don't get sent to collections. I wish I had a way to contact their CFO and file a formal complaint to get s policy change. Their billing department could have and should have called me to say hey do you know you have a bill here and I could have paid it and take care of it at hat time instead of being sent collections and damaging my credit score! This is serious business and hey won't even return a call.
