I went here on my birthday and had the worst experience possible. I can say that I had the worst haircut of my whole entire life in this salon, I asked for a deep conditioning but didnt get it, then I asked the hairdresser (Heather) who apparently was very unexperienced to straighten my hair. For the first time ever I have been told that she cant straighten my hair using a blow dryer and that she needs to use a flat iron, I could smell my hair burning and it turned out like an anime caractere hair. I got out of here with the worst hair I ever had in my entire life.I called the owner to speak about this incident and all what I got was negligence, like its not a humans birthday that they ruined. I cant even cut my hair any shorter to make it even so I will need to wait the whole entire summer for it to grow back. They didn't want to refund the full amount so I filed a dispute with credit card. BEWARE! ) and I will def never go back to this place nor advice anyone to go there.

This place is awful! Do not come here to get your hair colored!! I went to get mine redone I'm a blonde it turned out a nasty mousey brown and I told her my hair pulled red she didn't care. She tried to fix it and it's a nasty bleach with red every where. It looks awful and I was there six hours because she messed up so much. I had to go back again and it looks even worse. I ask for a refund but they refused. They could care less about their clients or long term clientele they are just after a quick buck! Over priced and horrible service. Don't get anything done by Rachelle!

I've been using this salon for the past few years & have always had a wonderful experience! Out of all their amazing services their track & sew extensions are top notch, the hair they use is top quality & with their excellent guidance on proper maintenance your "hair" can last up to a year which really makes it worth the money! The stylists give you great information at your consultation & really give a clear picture of the whole process! I would definitely recommend this salon for anything from a simple haircut or a great set of nails to more complicated services like extensions! They are truly the best in town!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EXTENSIONS!!!! At first my experience was fine, until I realized that the process they use to put in extensions not only looks bad, but pulls your hair out from the roots! When I went back to talk to the owner to see what could be done- she was rude and very unwilling to help with anything. This was obviously not the first time she has had people wanting their money back for a bad extension job, because she didn't even look at my hair/extensions before refusing any help. All she did was say she would take them out (and keep my $500)! Oh- she also said if I didn't have $500 to throw away, maybe I shouldn't have come in to get them in the first place. Nice.
