Over the past seventeen years ...

Over the past seventeen years I've been with Microserve a few times and each time they promise a lot and DO NOT DELIVER! I'm not mad at them, but I am greatly underwhelmed by them. They promised a speed that never arrived and when a person calls in to tech support it seems some high school kid receiving minimum wage attempts to massage the equipment and sometimes manages to "approach" the speed for which one is paying and offers the standard excuses of "tree foliage" or the "weather" or whatever. It was always very exasperating. I wish Microserve luck but would actually want them to provide what they promise and I would go back immediately. I live within a few blocks of them.
