The problem I had with this place was with a particular receptionist. She has a infinity tattoo on her ring finger and she was incredibly rude and no help. When I went up to schedule my next appointment she came off really bothered at the fact that I was standing there. I told her that I need a check up in 4 weeks from today and she asked me "How far will you be November 11th"? What?....That's not 4 weeks...and I don't know. I didn't have a calendar with me. She then asked me to hold while she attended to the other customers on the phone. I was eventually helped by another receptionist who did her job the right way and was kind, but that other receptionist really lowered my views on Monarch Healthcare.

I have felt comfortable since the fist time I walked into this office- it's very comfortable there. Everyone is willing to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Allphin and Serena are the people I have dealt with the most and they are both great. Everyone employee that I have come into contact with has been friendly and helpful. They are also great if you have any questions for them over the phone in-between appointments.

Great office but busy! Dr Huggins was out of town and i got to see Dr Chris Allphin. Loved him and he took good care of me!!! I would reccommend Monarch to everyone. Nice staff and my experience was wonderful! Thank you!!
