I LOVE PAPA TOMS. I have worked in the restaurant business so I'm kinda a critic. I watch how my food is handled (if possible) and sometimes my husband will get embarrassed by me because I'm such a critic. I have to say the quality of the food ( the pizza and wings ) were actually a rteally good quality. I have always had really great customer service there, and though the inside could use some work, I love the fire place in the center of the room. I don't understand why some of these other ratings are on here, because we have been there several times and we have always had a great experience with great food. Just sayin'

Total dive. Old produce and rotten meat prepared in filth.

We have been Tom's customers since the days of the Gas Lampe. However the last time we went there we waited an hour and a half and finally asked for our money back. Which we got minus the drinks and no apology. I don't believe we will go back and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

You changed your crust to a pre made thick crust. Bad choice. We will go elsewhere. Why did you change a good thing?

We ordered papa tom's and asked for delivery. We live within 5 minutes but wanted to stay in for the night. We watched 2 and 1/2 episodes of white collar before we finally got our pizza. it was ok. the crust not my fave at all. The meats and cheeses were pretty good though. price not worth it. I was told the pizza would be here within 30 minutes after an hour i called back and they said ten more minutes and it was still in the oven. Half an hour after that i called back and they said it was still coming out of the oven and would be here in a few minutes. I called and ordered 2 14 inch pizzas at 4:15 and received my pizzas at 6:30 ya i will not be calling them again. not only that i normally cook and i have only cooked a roast that long what is wrong with this picture?

I'd agree that this is at the top of the list for pizza. It really is fantastic, but I think the whole town knows it. I only gave it four stars because when we went inside and placed our order to go it was a madhouse. We were told @ 30 min, and it took over an hour and a half (and that is being generous,) we were not happy. Just make sure you place your order in advance, especially if it is a busy night. Hopefully, they will get better with estimating how long you will wait for your meal when hungry children are present.

the pizza here is miles ahead of all those get-em in and get-em out pizza chains, fresh taste not that dry cardboard taste you find elsewhere
