Great Service!!

I have always used Parcel Express for shipping or any copy job i have had to be done. The workers there always make sure that what i want is really what i want. I have never had any problems like described below, i wonder if there was something elese behind thier problems, as for the cost just where can you get copies for 8cents id like to know! Now that Walkers mail service is going out of business i will be using the mail services at Parcel Express and get to cost shop with UPS Fedex or USPS rates! Go Parcel Express you are my one stop shipping place!!

Don't Ship Anything If You Wan It Done Rightt

i sent my niece to send a package return to sender the package had been opened so i was fully aware i would have to pay for shipping on it. The so called MANAGER took it upon herself after my niece told her return to sender to remove the phone charger from the package and told my niece she was supposed to keep it and then took the cell phone and put it in the prepaid shipping lable. . .this is not how you refuse a shipment to someone, you dont remove things from a package that is not yours and tell people to keep it. so i called to find out why they did it and they told me that was what you do with a phone replacement. . .then i had to explain how it was not a phone replacement it was a refused package and EVERYTHING needed to stay in the box and returned to the shipper hence why my niece said return to sender. . .so i send my niece back to fix everything and the first girl ( who i find out is not a manager ) makes the girl that is there training fix the problem. . .then i call and try to get names to file a complaint and the girl doing the training refuses to get on the phone and tells the other girl not to give me her name and to just complain about the person whose name is on the receipt. . .just horrible how this poor girl in training that did nothing but try to fix a problem had to deal with an upset customer because the trainer refused to own her mistake. . .

Don't print anything here

Unfriendly and not knowledgeable. When I asked for double sided copies, she make a copy instead of the original, then ran over 20 of them before I could stop her. Then she wanted to argue that there was no difference in quality, then I had to pay for her screw up. It wasn't very pleasant and I got stuck with a lot higher bill than I would have had with another copy place.
