This was the first time for me to do anything like this...I went to get my Eyebrows done..(Permanent Makeup) and being a child of the 70s era, I plucked them to nothing...I thought there was no hope...Penny at Picture Perfect took lots of time explaining, helping me chose a color and numbing the area and all I felt was the vibration of the machine...I felt so pampered, and the results are spectacular...I really didn't know what to expect, but the results were beyond my wildest dreams....This lady is Awesome..!!! Pics are before and about 6 hours after...The redness was gone within a week and they look even better now...
