Total Satisfaction

I called several heating companies to come and give me a proposal to change my furnace in this cold -19 degree weather and no one responded to my call other than Quality Heating. They came at 3:00PM gave me a price and had two technicians here by 3:30 changing my furnace.They were very nice, clean and courteous. They covered my floors to avoid the mess and were finished by 6:45 PM.Before they left they gave me the instructions and the education I needed to operate my new furnace. As they were walking out one of them turns and says to me, Mrs. Taylor our company will do a follow up with you tomorrow morning and Thank You.As a consumer I recommend Quality Heating to any one in need of their services, they are Very Good, Very Fast and Very Clean.

I would not recommend doing business due to unfair and dishonest billing practices

Myself and three other individuals worked with the owner of Quality Heating on a rental property that I own where the gas was turned off. He was hired to get the furnace up to code and we told him this would also require a permit. This is what were told by the gas company. The owner of Quality Heating did the work but decided he didn't need to get a permit, did the work, turned the gas on and walked away. The gas company heard about this and swiftly turned the gas off on the main line. My tenants did not have heat and it was November. To make matters worse this was on a Thursday and the inspectors are off on Fridays. My wife and I did all of the leg work to make sure that QH could get a permit and an inspector could come out and inspect the work. The owner then charges me hundreds of dollars for his lack of detail and following through with what he was hired to do. When I refused to pay the bill he threatened to send me to his Attorney.
