We believe everyone over the age of 55 should have their hearing screened yearly as part of their overall wellness.

I highly recommend Dr. Parsons and the Regional Hearing and Balance Center. Dr Parsons is very knowledgeable, personable, patient and kind. He fitted me with my first hearing aid and it is a miracle - I can hear! I wear it from getting up in the morning until I go to bed at night and have had no trouble adjusting to it. It is nice not to have to say "huh?" all the time!

Dr. Kalob Parsons, Regional Hearing and Balance Center

I highly recommend Dr. Parsons and the Regional Hearing and Balance Center. I can hear again! Dr. Parsons is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I had no trouble adjusting to the new, and confortable, hearing aid and I wear it from the minute I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night. Thank you, Dr. Parsons!

This Center was very courteous and helpful when I went in with a malfunctioning hearing aid, I was in town on vacation from Texas and all the other hearing centers I called said the hearing aid would have to be mailed off for repairs (5-7 days). Regional fixed my aid with a nominal charge in thirty minutes, I call that great service.

Pleased with service

I have been very pleased with the help I've received from both Zackary Hale and Dr. Kalob Parsons. I feel my hearing was well tested and I was given time to make the right decision. I appreciate their friendliness and expertise. I have just been fitted with the Oticon hearing aid and they have been great!

I was very happy with my service at Regional Hearing and Balance. I have dealt with hearing loss since about 5 years of age. I have been to many different hearing centers and was pleased with my experience here. The staff was very friendly and took great care of me. I went in there in hopes of being fitted with the Lyric Hearing Device. They did just that and it took no time at all. They are very efficient in their work and ensured I was happy. I would definitely recommend their services!

If you are looking for a hearing center to assist you with your hearing loss, this is the one. The staff here are experienced and know what they are doing. They have been very helpful to me since day one. I feel like they care about their patients and are interested in getting to know them as people, not just someone to quickly sell a hearing device to etc. I would highly recommened Regional Hearing & Balance Center to anyone struggling with hearing loss. They definitely know what they are doing!

As someone who has dealt with hearing loss for many years I could not sit by and let the previous reviewer be the only opinion of this fine company. The audiologists and office staff continually go above and beyond when it comes to the care that they provide. They have always been willing to fit me in whenever needed, try to keep my expenses down as much as they can by not charging me for things that they probably could, and have been very helpful to my family and myself when it comes to adjusting and accepting hearing loss. I always feel like they have my best interests in mind and not their own bottom line. Idaho Falls should be thankful that they have such wonderful hearing professionals available to them.

Dr. Rigby is very poor on customer service

I paid $85 for a hearing test. The 'doctor' was supposed to mail me information about hearing aids. The 'doctor' never did. When I called his practice to find out why he did not, I never got a return phone call. I took an entire day off to figure out what happened, and all he did is shrug his shoulders. I requested a refund for the hearing test, and he refused. **** BEWARE OF THIS 'DOCTOR' *******
