My first time ordering from this location was a disaster! I ordered lunch for my family and a work crew at my house, what a mistake. I asked the "young lady" to read the order back to me prior to finalization - everything seemed right. However, when we picked up the order and got it home to my dissatisfaction none of the sandwiches were labeled (identified), two were of the wrong size, one had the wrong bread, and another was the completely wrong. I am not sure what happened to the order, but is was definitely not right. NEVER AGAIN!

Probably 3 out of 5 times I have been through this locations drive-thru they have messed up my order. This last time I ordered a "Sweet Onion" Chicken "Teriyaki" when I got to my office and started eating I saw that NO sauce was put on, I called the store to tell them and was told I had to specifically ask for them to put those sauces on. Are you kidding me??? What part of "Sweet Onion" Chicken "Teriyaki" do you not understand. I have never specifically requested those sauces after ordering they were just put on. I have never had a problem at the location on Woodruff so from now on will drive out of my way to go to that one.
