Today I had an alternator go out on my car and I got stranded on a side street in Idaho Falls. My car was purchased from Smith Honda 3 years ago and they do alot of maintenance work for me. I called Smith Honda to see if I could have someone give my car a tow to the Honda Service Department. Smith Honda, (Jason) immediately got in touch Joe, who is the awesome Smith Group towing guy. Joe called me and told me was just leaving town to head to Hamer Idaho to pick up another vehicle, but when he heard my issue about my car he was kind enough to come back to Idaho Falls and get my car and deliver it to Smith Honda for repairs and then got back on the road to go to Hamer to pick up the other vehicle. Joe was A++++ in his timely response, his great attitude and his willingness to help get my car to the shop. Was very impressed....
