The staff is generally friendly and helpful if you are renting equipment. I do warn that the hitch installation and wiring is lacking. I purchased my hitch, had it installed, and wired through this store. Initially, the wiring was sloppy, but I overlooked it because I bought the two year warranty. Two years and six days after I had the wiring installed a "controller box" failed. Eric Romero, the general manager, refused to work with us to get the issue resolved without paying for a complete re-wiring and said that is why warranties have a expiration date. That is true and acceptable if you are someone who expects average customer service, but that is not me. I give them two stars because the rental program is decent, but their workmanship and quality is unacceptable. I do not recommend their installation services.
