This lodging is quirky/older, but clean. The hot springs do add a minimal amount of chlorine so I did not go in. I did vapor cave, which are not that hot, compared to the Wiesbaden cave in Ouray co. I could smell the chlorine from the spring pools in the cave... If you are not sensitive to chemicals, then this would be fine. Just not for me. The smaller hot springs are the ones that don't add chemicals. The staff was nice though, and it is clean.

We had a wonderful time and we plan on returning. Thanks to all for wonderful service.

The several times I have visited, were very relaxing. I never had a problem with the staff or any other patrons.

We stayed two nights in a lodge king room. The room and bathroom were generous in size and very comfortable. The private tubs and pool area provide an enjoyable, uniquely Colorado mountain spa experience.

My husband and I just got back from our visit to Indian Hot Springs and were very pleased that we chose to stay with you. Every staff person with whom we came in contact—no matter what their role—seemed genuinely interested in making our stay the best possible experience. I was especially impressed by the staff at the front desk who spent as much time as was needed to explain services with each person who approached them—no impatience, no rushing—just calm, helpful, pleasant interactions. Thanks for a nice vacation experience.

We stayed with you two nights last week. As always, we were quite happy with the accomodations, and we particularly liked your enclosed hot pool with the palm (and other) trees. It is always a very relaxing experience. Keep up the good work, and we will continue visiting from time to time, and sending our friends when they need a relaxing weekend!

We stayed at the Argo part of the hotel and we did the regular Hot Springs pool and the outdoor private hot tub. The hotel was great and the staff was amazing! The hot springs pool was so tropical and beautiful. The best part of our stay was the private outdoor hot tub. It opens to the side of the mountain that is lit up with pretty white lights. We did it at night so we were able to see the stars also. I know this place has a lot of reviews that say it's dirty but when we were there the place was completely booked full and yet we found no problem with anything being dirty at all!!!!!!
