This establishment can't handle women dresses. They hesitate to clean dresses other companies do. Even if you tell them they have your permission to do it, they just hold on to your clothes and do nothing until you pick them up. This happened several times.



The last straw occurred when I took a dress in (which they did not hesitate to take) and they broke the zipper. When I noticed and took it back they didn't give me a hard time and "fixed" it. A few months later when I decided to wear the dress (it was winter), I realized that their fix was putting a necklace clasp on the same zipper.

Will be taking my business else where. I can't afford to pay $15 for them to break my $100 dress.
