Avoid. I used to be thrilled with Rich's service and prices. Now he's had my car for almost 8 months, won't return my calls, and never seems to be in his new shop in Warrenton. No one should wait eight months for their car, and the excuses are getting old.



Rich, if you see this, fix my car NOW. I'm tired of losing job opportunities because I can't drive anywhere.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They did some repairs on my car, only to find out a year later from another shop that things were not done as I was told they were and paid for. I feel like I was taken advantage of. BEWARE.....I have later come to find out that this is not unusual for this shop.

I took my car to 3 other shops for an estimate. Precision gave me an estimate for 1/2 of what the next cheapest shop. When I picked up my car, it was right, and they charged me the same amount, no hidden cost. This was a nice change. I tell all my friends where to go now!!!!
