All American Septic Service Inc. quotes prices based on the information given to us by the customer. One of the questions we ask our customer is how long it has been since the tank has been cleaned. The tank should be cleaned every 1-2 years, depending on the size of the tank and the household usage. If a customer tells us that it has been more than 2 years, we let them know that there could be an additional $10.00 charge if the tank is extremely thick when scheduling the appointment. The driver checks the tank and talks to the customer before the service is performed. Our goal is to perform a great service for our customers, not to try to scam them of $10.00.

I called and got a quote from this company for $180 for up to 1250 gals pump out. ( i have a 1000 gal tank), When the truck pulled up and the guy stepped out he said " how long has it been since the last time and you know if there is more than 4" of sludge, its gonna be $5-10 more an inch to pump out. I said that not what the qoute was for and there was no mention of any extra cost. Thats like switch and bait tatics, and like on the boarder of fraud. I told him I did not want his services and good bye. But how many other folks esp senior citizens would fall for these tatics and be charged more. Beware of this company. Richard from Capac
