Wasted my time. Purchased a Ford Escape and had a rattling noise in the front passenger side. They said the bushing was loose in the rear passenger side and had to order a part. So I had to make another trip in 3 days later. As I was dropping my car off I was next in line and a lady walked in behind me with a laundry list of repairs she needed on her car. The moved her ahead of me!! I was just dropping off my car!! Anyways, the rattle was NOT fixed!! I went to Lapeer Ford and they FIXED it!

Also make sure your valuables are removed from your car before service because I had an item removed. I will NEVER return to this dealer even though it would be more convenient for me!!

Our 2017 Escape was in for a small accident. Took 2 weeks due to a back ordered part, not Imlay City Fords fault. My issues with them though include multiple non returned phone calls, they promised a vehicle to drive and never came through, rude customer service when I could get my service guy on the phone, and they left greasy hand prints all over the inside of my car. I will not be back.

Showed up an hour before closing for a simple oil change. Was informed they don't start new service 2 hours prior to closing. What is the point of being open?

My new car is perfect and so was the the whole experience at Imlay City Ford. Thank you for your continuous dedication to customer service and your community.

I recently took my 2011 Ford Fusion to the Ford dealer and Imily City Ford. The front aend had a squeak they found and replaced the bushing in the lower control arm, they did this in a timely manner. On another occasion I took the same car in for a squeaky serpentine belt they needed to replace the pulley but did not have one in stock so I received a phone call asking me if it was okay for them to buy the part from O'Reilly's they gave me the price I gave them permission to buy it from O'Reilly's and I got the car back on the same day as far as I'm concerned Imlay City Ford service department went above and beyond by purchasing the part off of their premises. I got the car back the same day and they did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I won't go into too much detail, as it truly is a long story that NEVER gets better. My vehicles price has darn near doubled. From the initial purchase price to the over $15000 to repair the motor. The powertrain warranty they used was ridiculous, but they made us believe it was top of the line! They didn't even know what the warranty company was they were selling to people. Then, expensive parts disappeared. And now that should cost us an addition $3500. There is so much more I could yell you, but please take my word. They are liars, thieves and cheats. Don't waste your time or money! From this point on I will tell everyone I can of my personal experience. In hopes that I can keep as many people as I can Fri. Going through what I am right now.
