This Place Sucks!

Took in some machines to get a simple tune up, took 3weeks and they still were not even looked at. When I went to go and get them they were left out side not locked up! Anybody could have drove up, hooked them up ,and drove off! This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr Jones is obviously mistaken. in 1989 my facility was fenced and gated. I personally lock all equipment up every night when I close. Depending on the season, sometimes it is necessary to leave units out doors due to lack of inside space. This is very common in this type of business. If a customer requests indoor storage we always provide it. As far as us being 3 weeks behind, very possible when you have a good service reputation as we do. I believe there is more to this story than Mr Jones is sharing.
