I guess one more 5 star rating won't make much of a difference but this is for the service department. Had some tires switched out at a tire center in Attica. By the time my wife made it to Imlay city, she was stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire due to the tire not being sealed. Milnes Chevrolet service was hectic! However, they worked her in, and got her van fixed while the kids ate popcorn in the lobby. Much more trustworthy than place originally used. I could tell she was in great hands when I left her there so I could get back to work. Thank you so much! Came back and told people at work that are from the area and they said they have always been pleased with Milnes.

i saw on Milnes Chevy website that they had a used blazer for a really good price. so I called in and talked to Brian about the car. he filled me in on all the details and even took some pic with his phone so I could get a feel for the car. when I got there it was just as described and within no time I was driving home in my new blazer. very professional and friendly.

I was in the search for a used crew cab Silverado. I stopped into Milnes Chevy of Imlay city and saw they had a few on the lot. I talked with Brian about the a couple of trucks I was interested in. we went an a test drive and I loved the truck. when we got back Brian got his manger to appraise my truck and we started the paper work. I drove my new truck home that day. I would recommend Brian and Milnes Chevy for that small town feeling at a big dealer. thanks guys

I found a car I was interested in online from Milnes Ford in Imlay City. I sent a request for information to the company and was given a salesperson whose name was Aimee the following day. She contacted me daily through email with vehicle options that fit the criteria I was looking for. I have never worked with such a diligent salesperson in my life. I would highly recommend both Milnes Ford in Imlay City and Aimee if someone is looking for a new or used vehicle.
