YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! If you want to live in MOLD and have ALL your belongings ruined then this would be the place to rent from. I was renting from them for about a year, then one day i decided to re arrange my room to find BLACK MOLD growing out of the walls behind my dressers, completely ruining my dressers and ALL the clothes that were in my two dressers, there was mold growing out of the ceiling, and in the closet and EVERYWHERE in my APT. When i contacted Hutchins to let them know what was going on, George Burcham came over to my apt to check it out, by then i had cleaned the mold off the walls because i wasnt going to breathe it in, untill they we ready to come check out the problem, i tried to show George the pictures i had taken he rudely IGNORED me and told us to get a fan. By the time i moved out of the apt i lost my 2 dressers , my bed, my couch, 6 trash bags full of clothes, shoes, backpacks, suitcases, and hats, all picture frames that were on the wall had MOLD behind them , even had BRAND ... Also my bf and I both started getting coughs coughing up BLACK MUCAS everymorning breathing problems and HEADACHES everyday, telling them this STILL wasnt getting us any help. They also said they wouldnt refund me for all my belongings lost living there. let alone THEY DID NOTHING TO FIX OR TRY AND HELP THE MOLD PROBLEM. I noticed the Mold in OCT '10 was finally able to move out by APR '11 and from that time was blown off or ignored of my problem. The people in the office only care about themselfs and the money they make, NOT about the HEALTH saftey of thier renters. So just a heads up YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU DONT CARE TO LIVE IN MOLD. ( APT 192 Ebony st Apt D. Imperial Beach CA) They dont deserve any stars either had to chick one....
