My dog has been treated by Dr. Satow for chronic problems with her paws and it is now infected. When I called to get an appointment today I was told I would have to wait 13 days for an appointment. My dog is suffering and there is no other vet here in El Centro available. The girl who I spoke to could care less. I cannot believe the way I was treated and now my dog is suffering when a five minute check up would possibly have been all the time she needed. Disgusting!

I had an emergency on a Saturday with a stray dog in our neighborhood. Well, I thought he was a stray at the time, so I took the little dog (limping) and drove to Dr. Satow's about 5 in the afternoon. The office was closed but as I was about to leave, Dr. Satow and his assistant came out and asked if I needed assistance. They took us in and examined the dog, gave him his rabies vaccine and checked him over. I am amazed at the compassion of Dr. Satow and his staff towards our vulnerable little animal friends. Happy to say the pooch seems okay. Thank you Dr. Satow and a big thank you to your staff, as well.
