I just recently had to cancel my services at Ace Storage. They had the worst service I have ever been given. The Pontoon Beach manager was rude and discourteous when I had to make a payment there one time. Recently I had some personal concerns for the security of my items because there have been break-ins at the Ace Storage sites in Granite City, and the staff was unconcerned about my needs. I have moved my items to R&T Storage on Horseshoe Lake Road and have had nothing but friendly service, and no problems with security. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, AND GO TO ACE STORAGE!!!
