I called Dave Roberts at Midwest Alliance Repair Heating and Cooling. My washer was making a noise when I started to do laundry, I call Dave to get an appointment for the same day. He came turn on the machine and said it was my pump, so he took it out and clean it up, I asked him if I should replace and he no, it just needed cleaning, but it starts act up again give a call, it only cost me a service and a very small fee for cleaning the pump out, I was very pleased with the service and I highly recommend him, He is honest and I like that, he does not to try and sell you something you don't need, like a lot of places do! Midwest Appliance Repair Heating & Cooling provided excellent service for my dryer repair. I left a message on Saturday and David Roberts called me back within a few hours. He scheduled my repair for the next Monday and showed up during the time frame promised. He was professional and courteous. He fixed my dryer and explained the warranties offered on parts and labor. I will recommend him to my friends.

I called because my mothers fridge broke. And the gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable too.

Not only did he fix her fridge in a very timely manor he even went the extra mile and cleaned under her fridge for her since she's older and can no longer do it, we were very appreciative. I will definitely be using this company for my mother and my own family from now on. I highly recommend them.

The service call was excellent. The technician was courteous and friendly. When I asked questions, he was very knowledgeable about the product and explained things in terms that "I" as the homeowner, could understand. Kudos to Midwest Appliance Repair for a job well done!!! I plan on calling them for all of my future needs.
