Up until a couple of months ago, there was a gentleman that worked there on Wednesday nights. When I got off work across the street I would go there for gas, munchies and smokes. Now there is some kid there who has ZERO customer service skills. The last few times I've stopped there I've gotten " I'm running paper work, I can't run any transactions for about 30 min". Ok what kind of moron would run paper work at closing time for a bar? How much revenue did you just loose? I find it odd that he does this but the guy before never had an issue....coffee always made, greeted me with a smile and was generally friendly.....



Tonight I stopped in for gas....only because I was dangerously low...kid had a WTF attitude. I got the impression he didn't want to be there. I wanted to fill my SUV and my wife's car up with gas......he says "I need an exact amount" I'm thinking.....yeah I'm that good, I know to the penny what each vehicle will take. Until this idiot is replaced with an employee that gives a damn about the people that walks though the door, I WILL NOT BE BACK!
