The staff at the clinic are always so friendly! They are so helpful and take the time to explain what they're doing. They're great!

I have taken my dogs there for grooms before and I have always been pleased. The groomers will come out and talk to you and make sure you understand what they can or cannot do.

I will never take my dog here again for grooming. They ignore any special instructions that you may give them and do it the way they want. I told them not to take any hair off the top of my dogs head and they clipped it down to nothing. I also told them not to shorten up the length of the hair on my dogs ears and they shortened them way up. I could also see many lines due to the razor used. They charged me extra for temperament saying my dog tried to bite the groomer. After I got my dog home I noticed 2 razor burns and a nasty cut, (what dog would not have tried to bite with that abuse) I took all the dogs shot records along and behind my back without my knowledge they gave her a shot for kennel cough that I didn't want her to have. I would not ever take my dog back to this place and recommend that nobody else does either.
