Worst local experience. Not the best way to make new customers. Moved to Coffeyville recently, 45 minutes away from the store. Called them up looking to get my wife's antique 1960 Schwinn's bike tires replaced. Looking for professional help since I'm having difficulty finding a good fit on my own. They apparently only service bikes they sell. When asked if they were busy today she said no but even if they weren't working on anything they still wouldn't help me out with my wife's tires. I was told that I could buy the tires there if they had any in stock... But they would not help with any sizing or fitting. I told them a little customer service goes a long way toward making new customers. She was still polite but set on not helping a new potential customer. Totally not the business strategy I would expect from a small town business. Will be taking my cash to someone else out of town I guess.
