Provided by YP.comWe moved in and spoke with the office manager Georgiana who was extremely rude from day one. She has a very conniving attitude and demeanor. We were told at first the rent was $775. But later told about the $140, which after we moved in it changed to $145 fee for cable. We went to time warner to activate and they tell us it includes ONE standard box and slow internet. If we wanted anything more it would be $15 so we now pay $160/month for cable. Every evening we come home from work there is NEVER parking. We have to park at least one if not two buildings away from our apartment and walk. Maintenance never shows up after lists are given of things needed to be fixed. And we were told our original paper of things wrong with our apartment was lost. I have placed at least 5-6 calls to the office since we moved in, I think maybe one time was the phone answered. And half the time I received a call back in a reasonable time. To pay $900+ month for an apartment I expect good customer service. Don't waste your money. Find somewhere that the community manager and owners value their residents, this is not it.

Provided by YP.comThey charge more for seniors and an amenity fee you can't opt out of (instead of just including it in the rent price) and then when you ask questions they choose only to answer only parts. My father doesn't need to pay for 100 cable channels OR walking trails. :(

Provided by YP.comGood luck with the management in this place. We moved here end of June. The apartment had a chemical smell to it from what we were told was the carpet cleaning. As soon as that chemical smell started to subside we instantly noticed a VERY STRONG smell of cigarettes. We do not smoke so it was very bothersome to us. We asked for weeks what the office planned to do about the smell and we were given the run-around, every time. Finally near the end of July we were told we could move out of the unit so they could do the required restoration. By this point our belongings have been saturated with the smell. It was on everything we own. The restoration was completed and we moved back in. We had to take time off work to move out and back in, do too many loads of laundry to count to clean our clothes, sheets, etc. We were told we would be compensated with a month of free rent. Now they are saying we are not. Each person has been rude the entire time like we did something wrong. Unreal.
