I rented the biggest truck they had and I said I needed it and definitely they said that start with a three day contract on the floor on the third day they sent a sheriff to my house. I called John the manager and he told me to come down and pay 60 so I did. The next morning on the 4th day they repossess the truck with my family stuff in it and charged me $900. It took me 1964-1days to move everything, I went three whole days without any sleep, my body is so soar from moving and no sleep. And they say that I made a bad judgement call by not calling them. Know they want me to go rent a competitors truck and transfers the contents of the truck.
