Liuzza Trucking company was hired for a demolition job in 2017. The job included the removal of a home which was destroyed by a fire on Christmas night. Mr. Liuzza was PAID IN FULL on 1/13/2018 in the amount of $4,750.00 to remove the burned home, all debris and trash. I also paid for extra sand and loads of dirt to fill holes as a result of the excess water used to stop the fire. I was ensured that the property would look clean and presentable. The home was demolished properly and hauled away to the dump. However, as of August 2018, there is additional debris and trash still left on the property. I have spoken to Mr. Liuzza on several occasions and was reassured the job would be complete. I was advised the delays were due to increased rain over the months. I have also sent various text messages and photos of the property for resolution. I typically would not have paid the full amount until the job but complete but I didn’t have any reservations due to my research I completed before hiring him. In addition, he actually started tearing the home down a few days before I actually paid him. Mr. Liuzza won my trust and respect therefore I wanted to reciprocate by paying him in full. I had no reason to believe he would not complete the job since his business has been around for quite some time. I am only asking that he complete the job he agreed to and was fully paid for. My last few calls and text messages have gone unanswered which has forced my hand.
