I have Gieco and they guarantee cable dalmer, so they said.but I would like to know why!! I had it taken there after my 17 yr old son had accidents. One in Feb. other July 4th. They didn't fix the gas cover when I got there even though I asked them that before I had someone drive me there. So after 2nd accident I asked them to fix it and when I went back again it was again not fixed. I realized that when I went to get gas. I had to have someone open door while I pulled lever So I drove back 2 wks later and they worked on it and again said it was repaired. Can you believe I didn't check it before I left!!! They tried to rig it and just bent something behind cover and It was almost impossible to open! You can imagine my frustration! The time and gas I spent was around 80.00. I talked to management and they said they would compensate me for my time and gas on 2 cars and now 3 trips. I asked for a free detail and they agreed but what they did was a job a 10 yr old would do! I didn't know they did a detail on all cars but over heard someone telling another customer that. They had not even touch the car the first accident. It was exactly the way it was when brought there by tow company! I went to the top and I was told they weren't going to do anything! I was shocked! Gieco did not back up there guarantee either! If I didn't get such great rates I would drop them in a heart beat! What I expected was a detail that we all consider that word to mean! They could have driven it a mile away to the new & used sales store and had a proper detail done with an expert after all that had happened to me! Unbelievable! 4 trips at 45 mins one way for them to finally put a new gas assembly and cover in car and never do a detail or comp me in any way! Stay a way!

Don't take your vehicle here. They do terrible unsatisfactory work. Cant match paint then say it will fade. Um paint isn't supposed to fade? . They damage your property in their care and say it's not their fault. This place isn't professional guys.

The service department at Galen Boyer is really wonderful. The attendants really listen to you and treat you with respect. Service with a smile, that's for sure.
