Provided by YP.comI have purchased many items from them over the last 10 yrs. through Ebay. They are one of the few saved sellers that I have. I have found that the items I have purchased have all been as described. Listings accurately describe any known defects which has allowed me to make an informed decision on the value to me. Knowing what to expect has made my dealings both enjoyable and cost efficient. I am located more than 600 miles away and buy with confidence!

Provided by YP.comI purchased a large 700 lb. safe from Cargo Largo on March 14, 2014. I was out of town when delivered on April 3, 2014; it was held by a local Safe Co. until I arrived home two weeks ago. Upon delivery, I attempted to open safe; the safe will not open. Key Largo refused to provide any help or support as they claim I was about 20 days late in contacting them. Also, I was told their technical support people do not have office phones; the only way their TS people can return a phone call is by the assigned TS person using his/her own cell phone. I now have a 700 lb. paper weight in which I must hire a professional safe technician to open at my own expense. Thank you Cargo Largo for your unprofessional and poor sales and service team.
An update on my experience with Cargo Largo. I was given the phone number of Mark Dykeman at (816) 350-6240, the person in charge of large items, on 6-16-14 and again on 6-17-14...no answer and no return phone call. Cargo Largo is the worst company with whom I have dealt. I am a retired CPA and former litigator and I will be filing a suit for the return and refund of the safe. Under UCC-1, if an item is received not functioning (in legal terms, not merchantable), the buyer has the right of return or repair, at the buyers option. I hope this info helps anyone who has a poor experience with Cargo Largo.

Provided by YP.comI live down the street from Cargo Large, so I can go in the store, and purchase items. Mostly junk, but I find good deals once in awhile. Would not recommend buying online from them, never know what you will get.

Provided by YPmobileI ordered an Xbox one madden 15 bundle with them through eBay on the 18th and it said I should have it by 22nd from the tracking info I got. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and and it looks like I'll be getting it after. So much for the holiday spirit. My package never left the facility! I called and tried to reach someone, that was horrible. I left a msg and they didn't even return my call! Only thing I got from them was an email from a Faye Goring saying they were gona check into it. Haven't heard from them since. This company sucks!

Provided by YP.comCargo Largo banks on the fact that most of its customers neither bother to complain about being defrauded nor endure the aggravation of getting a refund. Cargo Largo mainly sells damaged, used, vastly overpriced junk. Essentially, Cargo Largo's profit margin is literally 100% on most items. Rumors abound that Cargo Largo gets much of their inventory from landfills. The rare times that someone spends the five or six hours needed to return an item and get a refund, Cargo Largo does ultimately accommodate them if they complain loudly enough on feedback pages, such as Ebay's. On a minority of occasions, just to look good, Cargo Largo actually delivers what they promise, but it is usually priced far higher than what other retailers charge. Cargo Largo is expert at deceiving naive consumers into thinking that their off brand or outdated products are identical to superior items sold by more honorable competitors. In summary, if you enjoy dealing with a company that sells worthless trash that they falsely advertise as being new and perfect - and do not mind spending many hours to obtain a refund - Cargo Largo is the merchant for you.

Provided by YP.comCargo Largo is little more than a trash dump. They sell worthless junk but pretend it is brand new. You are then stuck with it because Cargo Largo does not accept returns. Ignore the bogus rave reviews posted by the owner. This may be the most dishonest store in the country, if no the world. Talk about false advertising.

Provided by YP.comDANGER! CARGO LARGO CHEATS CUSTOMERS! CARGO LARGO SELLS USED, DAMAGED, OVERPRICED JUNK - BUT REPRESENTS IT AS BEING NEW! At least, that is according to my experience and that of many dissatisfied consumers who have posted reviews on major consumer websites. Do not believe the good reviews posted on Yelp! The many bad reviews there were mysteriously filtered out! Read the real reviews from real customers on Google and at other sites. Many true consumers who tried them were defrauded! Note that Cargo Largo's Google rating is 10 out of 30 (poor, according to Google.) It is harder for crooked companies like Cargo Largo to manipulate reviews at legitimate consumer sites like Google and Yellow Pages. The latter gives Cargo Largo a one-star rating, the average of 56 reviews! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GETTING THE SAME MERCHANDISE FOR FREE FROM A GARBAGE DUMP! AT LEAST YOU WILL SAVE A TON OF MONEY AND WILL NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE THUGS AT CARGO LARGO!

Provided by YP.comI bought a used engraving machine from them on eBay. It was listed as "cosmetic defects, but fully functioning". Upon arrival it was damaged beyond repair. I now have a $1000 paperweight.
Warning, do not buy items from them in eBay as you cannot trust their descriptions!
