We absolutely love this place! We looked at several of the undergrounds in the Kansas City area and this was by far the best. They have been in the underground storage business for over 30 years and were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Some of the other undergrounds we looked at smelled musty, but not this one--they explained to us how they pump fresh air into their room and constantly monitor and control humidity levels. One of the things we really appreciated was that they did all the driving for us so we didn't have to drive underground (my wife was nervous about it). Another nice thing was that their office was so easy to get to--just a few pillars into the underground. I also liked that I could pick up our RV after their business hours. It was pulled outside for us and parked right by the guard station! These people really handle our RV with care and are super-friendly! We wouldn't go anywhere else.
