Provided by YP.comI purchased a Jeep Patriot from the dealership in July of 2016 and the sales team was obviously very motivated to make a sale. After the sale I found that I had to track folks down for scheduling after market part installation, title and and everything else. I never received a single follow up call even after expressing my displeasure and frustration. The title paperwork was given to me two days before my temporary tag expired and at that I had to call the dealership constantly to inquire, had I not done this the installation of aftermarket parts that were paid for and the title would never have been taken care of. Totally unacceptable! I've never received worse service than I have at Landmark Dodge on Noland Rd. There are better dealerships to do business with, don't waste your time with this one. I like the vehicle but that dealership is just terrible.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I came here to buy a 2015 Jeep GC we saw online. We had done all of our research and showed up to buy with a trade-in. I never look forward to buying a new car and only do so every 10 years, so I was dreading coming in. But we ended up working with Bob Lackland and he was an AMAZING Salesman to work with! I even hate to use the word "Salesman" because that can sometimes come with a negative connotation. He was very honest and up front with us. He could easily read our queues and understood what we were in the market for so he did not push us in any direction we weren't headed towards. He made the experience very comfortable and we felt like we got an extremely fair deal for both the new Jeep and our trade-in. He also educated us on some of the details of their cars so that was helpful. Bob even went so far as to explain to us how to get better mileage out of our car on our own when we leave the lot! He was very attentive the entire experience. As with all car-buying experiences, you should do your research so when you come into any dealership you know what rates you should qualify for, what the price range is for your trade-in, etc. If you do that and you're paired up with a great Salesman to work with, like Bob, then the experience is easy-peasy! I would definitely come back here again and work with him, and I would feel very comfortable referring him to others! Thank you, Bob and the rest of the team at Landmark for our awesome new SUV!

Provided by YP.comTerrible dealership, terrible service. Felt like I was on a cheap, dirty used car lot. I will never go back, and I will certainly make sure my experience is shared with anyone willing to listen. The car I got wasn't even clean, nor was it ever sent through their service department. I found half eaten food in a cubby, stow and go seats were broken, the oil change was well past due, and of course they gave it to me with barely enough gas to make it to the gas station (after actually going to a gas station). I've never left a dealership so disappointed after actually purchasing a car. Their service department was a joke, and I was continually lied to by everyone, including the FSM on the used car side. It is obvious that this dealership has no pride, no class, and no sense of customer service.

Provided by YPmobileMy husband went to Landmark this week to look at trucks to replace the one we totaled. We had went to Landmark in 09 to buy my Journey and was treated fair so we decided to return.
My husband test drove one that he really liked and decided to see what he could get them down to. They ended up at $27k, which they say was a deal. He said no and walked. I had done some research and printed a list of trucks for $22988. All had the same descriptions except one, which had a few extras but they all were the same model. My husband describes the truck he drove and I realize its on the list. He calls the dealership to double check their dealer number to the one listed and its the same number. First we were angry that it is on sale & they're trying to sell it for almost $5k more. So my husband says hey I feel like you're trying to screw me. The salesman says he's offended at that. Well pal I'm offended too. But he ended up saying bring in the ad & we will get it done. We said it'll be this weekend and that wasn't an issue.
Today we walk in with the ad in hand, ready to go. The salesman today (different one) says he sees no problems with honoring that price since its their mistake. And even though they raised the price of that truck the night we spoke to them, we should be able to get the price we wanted. So we walk in and sit down, the salesman leaves and returns with some bald guy who is talking a mile a minute about "mistakes being made" and "not the same model of truck" and "I'll sell you xyz truck out front for that price". How about NO. We were told you'd honor the price, and now you're back peddling like a mad man. We weren't asking for top of the line for bottom of the line prices. And it was YOUR employees saying come on down. We wasted our time driving out there only to be screwed over...and YOU were offended salesman John? I'm filing a complaint with BBB even if Landmark already has an F rating with them.

Provided by YP.comThey did what is called a double dip on me. Told them I would do the deal if they gave me 800 more for my trade in and that I wanted it in cash to help with the taxes. They said ok and then put 800 in the financing. These people are criminals.

Provided by YP.comRun, bought a car and dealer did not provide title, had to get DOR involved as Landmark refused to furnish one. Guess they sold the car before they had the title which is illegal but the sales manager was a jerk and refused to issue one unless I paid more money. State fined them $1500 for this. Very pushy sales people and don't seem to care about the customer after the sale, stay away.

In November of 2012, I came in to Landmark to purchase a 2006 Ford F150 off their used car lot for a decent price. 1 month later, the truck was back in their shop due to a problem with a U-Joint Seizing up in the steering column. I purchased the 30K warranty and only had to pay the $100 deductible. I was a bit upset, but understood that problems do arise with used vehicles and went on my way. 1 month after the first stint in the shop, I began hearing noise in the passenger cab of the front end and had them take a look. After over a week in their service department and playing back and forth with their service team, I finally was told that all four tires were out of balance and that was causing the noise. Wait? Shouldn't that have been checked BEFORE the truck was put on the lot? I was told by Ed in their service department that usually they do not check that sort of thing and it wouldn't be covered under my warranty. I called my salesman who agreed to have the fee waived. This is where it gets interesting...I got a call from Ed in service a mere 2 hours later telling me that both front hubs need to be replaced since they are showing a little play. I agreed to have the work done and once again paid the $100 deductible on my warranty. A day later I come to pick up my truck and drive off on Noland Rd with it making a horrid noise that was worse than it was when I originally dropped it off!!! Ed told me the truck was test driven before, but it obviously wasn't. I got my truck back two days later after they claimed to have reassembled all the parts which was the issue, but I'm still hearing noise from the front end and its not right. Do not purchase anything from this dealer.

Provided by YP.comWe went to Landmark on Oct 8,2012 JUST TO LOOK at trucks. Hubby was bummed about our recent car purchase and wanted to explore getting a truck. 7 hours later, he had his truck and I was pissed off. 30k, 7 hours of sitting there and you get an empty gas tank?? But I understand that now, they got their asses sued a couple of years back for tacking on that $250 admin fee. So as punishment they no longer fill up cars. So after much debate and being really pissed at the hubby I go back to get the 2011 Ford Edge the car we traded in on the 12th. In 4 days the price of the car went up $7000, I let it be known that I wasn t paying a dime over what we traded it in for. The used car sales manager then lets us know that he had put money into it . Mind you NOTHING had changed on the car. I don t know what planet this guy lives on but there is NO SUCH THING as a $7000 detail job. Even though I love the sales guy we worked with the whole experience sucked. Lesson learned for the both of us. We will stick with Carmax from now on at least they LET you know they are screwing you in the beginning.....

Provided by YP.comRUDE and HORRIBLE experience...will NEVER step foot at the place again! I had been looking online for cars and found one at this dealership that I really liked so I called to see if they still had it before I drove there and the guy who answered told me they were closing in an HOUR and he didn't have time to look up the details or pull the carfax but yes they had it. This instantly made me upset, considering it takes 30 seconds to pull a file, but I really liked the car and the price was good so I decided to go look at it the next day anyway (thinking maybe just this particular salesman was bad). After spending an hour of driving around and "discussing things" with a new salesman...I very honestly told them it was the first car I had looked at/driven and really loved it but just wanted to go look at a few others to make sure it was 'the one'. Well he instantly changed his tone and became VERY pushy/overbarring saying that he would make the price right for me etc. I know this is somewhat normal for salesman b/c they want to make a sale but after telling him SIX times that I liked and it would most likely be back but was not a person who made a quick decision and pick the first thing I saw (especially on this large of a purchase) he then got even more rude/big attitude to the point that we ended up just walking out. While we were walking out the manager then mouthed off to us as well and told us never to come back that he wouldn't sell us a car..all because we didn't just walk in and buy immediately! Overall this was the WORST experience I have ever had and for a manager to act like that (with never even talking to us) makes me sick and after reading other reviews I dont understand how they are still in business. EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
