I'm at the end of my rope with this company. I think they have good people working for them but the lines of communication are almost non existent. I've had to call repeatedly to get supplies and the wrong things have been sent - actually duplicates. Then they promise a label to send back the duplicates and say they won't bill. But no label comes and I get a bill. They cashed my initial check and it shows no credit on my account. 6 weeks ago I made a payment and that doesn't show and today I got a bill for the things I had paid for - or part of them. I have no idea what the other stuff is. Do not do business with these guys unless you are looking for frustration and misdirects.

Tremendous group of people, I have sleep apnea and snored so loud my wife and I slept in separate beds. Due to my high insurance deductible my wife and I couldn't afford the traditional sleep study and medical route required by insurance to qualify. I worked with Greg and Mary and they helped me find an affordable CPAP unit customized for my needs. There concern and compassion was nothing short of remarkable. I got my first good nights sleep in years and my wife and I are back where we belong in the same bed.
