This place has nothing but rude staff. A manager told me that his employees are not in customer service and don't have to show any kind of decency to potential new customers. I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Their screening process is very thorough, Ave yes... They treat all new people as potential drug users. You will be checked for needle marks in places you didn't think people would stick needles, and they'll ask you about 20 times if you have AIDS.

But once you get through all that, their floor team is very knowledgeable and friendly. That facility is very clean and they play movies for you to watch while you complete the process. You're also able to bring in your phone and use it as necessary, though you'll more or less be restricted to using one arm for the duration of the procedure.

To all new people thinking about donating, be sure to drink a lot of water the day before and the day of donation, and avoid foods heavy in grease as it'll make it harder for the centrifuge to separate your blood from your plasma, and you'll be there significantly longer. Even if you've never had a problem donating blood, the system is different enough you'll want to follow those guidelines.

This place has not been open for very long. Their Free Wifi and TV don't work and they treat all people like they are drug addicts. I suggest to going some place else.
