We called ahead for a price and time for a simple nail trimming for our beagle. Satisfied with the price, when I got there, it would be extra to have the sharp edges filed off after cutting them which I wasn't told on the phone. What is this, a used car lot? Would most people assume that the nails will not be sharp after a trimming and that the price would include whatever needs to be done to accomplish that? Well the edges were still quite sharp and a couple of nails appear to have been missed. We also dropped him off with a pretty expensive leash and they brought him out without it. When I explained that our leash was a Kong with his tags on it, the person said she didn't see it back there, but then found it on top of his kennel. We will continue to shop at Petsmart for their selection, but would only use the grooming service if you are looking for fast food service and attitude.

We took out dog to Puppy school with Ally Rudolph. She is a wonderful trainer and teacher! She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond her job to help us with our new puppy. If you are ever in the market to train your dog and teach it to respond and respect you don't look any further! PetSmart is a great place to go and worth the money. Thank you Ally Keep up the Great Work!!! : )
