This man is a slum lord. He doesn't fix things when they are broken and if you leave with a balance he will ROB you. We paid this man every month via money order. When we almost had him completely paid off he garnished our wages to get the money all over again. Then once the garnishment was finished he tried to sue again for the money we already paid him.
