This place has really gone down hill. When they first opened the subs were fresh and delivery was super fast (within 15 min). Now it takes at least a half hour and they just throw everything on the sub so the presentation is very sloppy. The past 2 times I have ordered they messed up so I was given a credit which I used today...took 3 bites out of my sub and there was a hair in it. Disgusting! Needless to say I threw it out and will have to run out to get something else to eat. I'm not going to bother calling them about it, doesn't seem like quality and being sanitary are on the top of their list.

Not a good value. Subs are small for the price. Run about a buck per inch including cheese which is extra. Did not see what all the fuss was about for a basic mayo or italian dressing sub. Penn Station has better variety for the money. Heinens also makes a 1/2 sub for $5 that's way more food of equivalent quality. Papa Joe's is the way to go if you're near one.



I will say they were fast, if that's what you are looking for. Can't remember the last time fast was better.
