I was impressed with the easy ...

I was impressed with the easy parking; personal greeting, very small wait time and the individual service received. I felt that the staff listened to me and tried to provide options without pressure to make choice or decisions. They guided me to a complete satisfaction of becomming a hearing person again. I would recommend them to anyone wanting personalized service and no pressure.
