Witnessed her failure to acquire vital information and documentation to support a family members case. Took 2 years to move on the case. Very poor preparation for hearing and representation of the evidentiary information. Very poor communication skills. Dishonest - Corrupt - stated to the court several times that she tried to have a party subpoenaed when in fact she had not done so. She allowed a magistrate and judge to ignore perjury and the submission of a fraudulent financial affidavit with omitted income which resulted in the denial of her clients right to due diligence.

I employed Ms Pierce for a divorce: uncontested / no children.

After eight months my patience ran out and I had to release her from her obligation to me. I later came to learn that after the initial petition was filed with the court, absolutely no action was taken on my behalf.

Ms. Pierce is very knowledgeable, professional, and takes a personal interest in the case. She has a strong personality which bodes well in court. Her demeanor and presentation indicates that she takes this seriously and has prepared well for the case at hand. I have used her for several years, am still using her for ongoing issues, would use her in the future, and have recommended her to several friends and professionals who would pass on my recommendation to other people in need of an attorney.
